Yes.
There are a few that really are worth it (like deeplearning.ai's basic specialization), Melbourne's discrete optimization, CU Boulder's power electronics specialization, Stanford's Logic/Algorithms courses, EPFL's signals course, and so on.
More so for the access to the assignments and feedback and less for the certificate. The certificate doesn't mean all that much.
It's a valuable learning tool, don't dismiss it. -
iamai20045yCheck if your employer/company will pay for it. Usually there are training budgets that can used. If certification would be at no cost to you, take it.
