Which product are you disappointed with?

IBM Redbooks used to be pretty good. Do they still publish them?

I'm working with the Case Manager, an extra 'layer' on top of the Content Engine Platform and the successor of the BPM application of IBM. And there is a redbook available, but it's insufficient if you want to develop custom Java on top of the CM. Next to that we use Websphere Application Server and I just don't like it.
I also followed an online IBM training on the Content Platform Engine Java API, that was fun.. A long list of exercises which made me initialize all sorts of objects out of the CPE API. Almost al of them worked the same. What a waste of time and money.
