But I could write this app in other language and without 4 years of R&D overhead 😂, anyway it needs sales team cause it’s kind of niche.

@molaram yeah maybe that’s the long term answer. Good idea to at least make market research because some of core features might be not existent and make simple app that makes one thing and start selling while working in other job.

You might wanna apply for Estonian digital citizenship programme. Where it dedicatedly supports dev works with a framework, platform and legal stuff like contracts.
Or was it Latvia / Lithuania?
Anyways. One of these digital governments is world leading.
If you publish segments, this might not even trigger a law suite.

You're playing by different rules than everything else. Governments allow companies to make you a perm contractor, dump you at a moment's notice, reduce your benefits and dock your pay. Even in the best countries, there's some version of this. HR exists to treat you as a threat.

Sucks, but that's the way everything is now. You get a contract, you get yours, they get products and that's all it will ever be.
