I found "chmod 777" and something about st_mode in this app "oneplus switch" , but still how can it get that access without root.

As for your original issue, it's a one plus app on a one plus phone, who knows what unrestricted access has.

Some apps have undocumented or whitelisted perms, go inspect "com.android" for an example.
