I'd suggest you a very physical sport and maybe a team one... Maybe having to think strategically in a social context can help you not to think too logically :) -
DotM8308yI try to workout at home (mostly with an app I have on my phone) while watching some videos on YT (or mostly having them there to have some bg noise if one of my house mates can't do it with me).
You could always get a punching bag and throw some punches as well 😛 just be careful not to hurt your hands -
I took up fencing when I started college. Still pretty mentally engaging but stabbing people is great stress relief.

I use to play baseball but that can be somewhat time consuming, I'd suggest going to a gym to workout or do some jogging

Summerty-44yI think you should choose sports according to your interests and it doesn't matter how much time it will require. This must be something like your hobby! I like rugby, very cool game, I even play it once a week. Also I follow all news, scores and odds by this reference https://probettingz.com/rugby-leagu... Professional matches are so cool!
