Just found out. devRant swag store is not connected with devRant db. Forgot password, doesn't work from there. It said my email id is not registered.

Yeah, the accounts are not shared between the store and app. There's no plans to integrate them.

Honestly, Shopify isn't very good in my opinion and I'd be very hesitant to do any integration with our authentication system or anything involving our system. It's best how it is I think.

@dfox i was about to ask. Why shopify when you could use free solutions like woocommerce on top of wordpress?

@HoloDreamer it would probably be helpful if we add a notice to the page now that you point that out.

We really only use Shopify because of the ease of setup. If we had more resources we'd probably use a solution we hosted ourselves.
