My 17 year old cousin got inspired by Hollywood movie and said he wanted to be an Hacker. Now, who can explain him the shit that's shown on the silver screen isn't practical in real life. The life of programmers, hackers is rather about learning continuously throught their life rather than hacking into a quantum computer through a gaming console.

I don't see the problem here.
That's how hacking is done in real life.

Nothing wrong with treating Hollywood as an inspiration though. If something gets you interested enough to look up how it actually works, it's a good thing.

My career stems almost solely from my fascination with hacking as a kid. That’s driven me from day one, and even though I know now that the movies are waaaaay off base, the inspiration is what I needed

I think hacking could be fun. But it should not be done to the detriment of humans funded by the overlord dolphin race. Hacking should not be done for evil porpoises.
