He probably just wants to get the standard GDPR data dump of his own account from Facebook. No hacking or scraping required for that - a fax or snail mail should be enough.

Sounds fair for clicking the right button on Facebook's privacy settings page, transforming the result (from csv, presumably) into excel or PDF and sending it to him/her.

If they just want their Facebook info, they should be available somewhere in their settings like google where you can download all action of yourself from Facebook.
