Cheating and using Arch-anywhere for my first foray into Arch after 3 hours of manual confit and computer failing over.

After installing arch with arch-anywhere my keyboard layout was broken and the localization was broken and I couldn't fix it. Then I installed arch from scratch following the tutorial in the wiki and it worked perfectly fine. Plus I know my way around arch no at least decently well.

Yeah, found that my trackpad was screwed when I booted up, and arch-anywhere only gives you the option of 1 driver (synaptics)

I'll give the vanilla install another go soon.
