Word has it at Theranos when the engineers realized that Ramesh Balwani had no idea what he was talking about much of the time ... they started making up realistic sounding technical terms.

Balwani would then go to other meetings and other engineers would be totally confused.

Eventually all the engineers picked up on what was going on and much fun was had .... until the company was exposed to be a fraud.
