Subsidizing fuel prices in countries with lesser economic resources always seems to be a balancing act of trying to make transpiration and thus economic activity viable and ... managing the actual costs involved / viability to continue to do so.
But a 'it's cheaper there' comparison doesn't really do much if you don't examine why and what you're trying to do at home. -

BP mismanagement. And if aby politician kicked out BP, they'd just be assinated. Maybe not BP but oil companies in general.

@Wisecrack I don't think companies think in revenge. They will definitely fight for their position, but unless it's beneficial to them in the current situation they wouldn't assassinate a public figure, especially a politician.
