ok, companies that use a robotic automated attendant on on they main phone where you are supposed to describe vocally your problem can actually fuck off and die.

    Speach based machines are the worse, I can barely stand the select 1, then 3 then 9 then 12 then 5 oh you forgot the #... start again ones.

    The only time I use these services is to call Apple in the USA daily just to test our international phone calls.

    You can veryify:
    The other end hears you
    You hear the other end

    I normally ask for tech support and hang up when it transfers

    Otherwise I would never use one
