Put passion in the code you write, not in your co-worker's code!
Git log will show who writes nice code and who writes shit code..
Also, is there no one to make code reviews? -
@VenomCLC Usually I'm the lead developer, therefore I'm the one who makes the reviews, and sometimes has to change code.

@jpichardo It sounds like bad discipline to me, and if you are the lead dev, you probably have a saying in all this (or should have), just my 2 cents.
