I hate PHP.

It's messy, I can't stand his syntax.

$ everywhere.

How long does it take you to write $? Have a look at BrainFuck, you will love that language.

@thureos mainly a Go guy, but I'm cool with python too. Objc, a little bit of swift and C too if we're not talking webdev

@gsora is just sad to see all the dollar signs on screen instead of in his own wallet. It's ok, we feel the pain too. :(

I understand this rant, but I think it is not about the Syntax but with PHP you are able to write crappy working code. If you are a bad coder...or a good one, stick to a framework.

Syntax is C-ish I dont see the problem...

OOP syntax is kind of messy but at the end of the day C-ish

PHP isn't the only language that has a variable prefix like '$'.
