You know, it's way past 2 AM and I'm insomniac (as usual) and ... I'm overthinking. Someone distract me plz until I fall asleep.

...on another note, if you can, show me a motivational video that has actually motivated you.

    Avoid looking at screens if you have trouble sleeping.

    @NoMad Ignore it. Or read a book. Just don't drink alcohol or stare at screens. Don't try to use a social network to "cheer you up" when you need to sleep. You can do that after you've rested.

    @nitnip lol. You seem to not really get how anxiety works, and I'm not interested in torturing myself.

    Screen times are okay. I try to not overdo it tho. But for your future reference, if you don't sleep in two hours after going to bed, get the fuck up and do something else, even if it involves screens. πŸ˜›

    @NoMad and you don't seem to want advice. Just validation.

    If you really can't sleep at night, stay up 2 hours tossing and turning, staring at a screen won't magically make you tired enough to sleep. Just the opposite. You might feel tired but sleep will not come more easily.

    Maybe look at your habits. Are you eating well? Are you going to bed and waking up at consistent hours?

    Screen time at night time is never a good idea if what you're trying to sleep.

    @nitnip never have I ever said I want advice about it. I've been insomniac for over ten years, so thanks, but I've even tried all your grandma recipes and your doctor's expert advice. Kudos for caring tho.
