F**k this. Exactly The same site is displaying differently. Only thing changed? On left access is by local IP, on right by URL using no-ip.

Apparently it grabs CSS from project on another port

    Tried force-reloading in Chrome? Sometimes it doesn't read the changes made to a CSS-file..

    Could also append like ?v1.x.x to the html everytime you change something in your css

    Try turning off Cache in Chrome. F12 -> Network -> Disable Cache

    I tried wiping cache, clear all browser history, private mode and even opening using IE (I still give it some use) however it always loads with green background
