Given that dev isn't women's preferred choice, that approach wouldn't work because most male devs could not find a match that way.

It would make a lot more sense to have a cross-match with other domains that have a high female percentage and are compatible - medical lab staff comes to mind.

I like that idea. But not for dating, for knowing which companies have bad devs to avoid working there. LOL

@SortOfTested they may have no trouble finding a date, but based on friends' experiences, they have a hard time finding a decent one. Most my dev female-friends married/are dating guys from other domains despite being devs themselves.

Good relationships are hard to find period (see my big 4 😸). I don't think "Just for Needs" makes that any easier.

@NoMad dev + dev is boring though, need to mix it up a bit.
