Why would I choose a MB over a MSI with double memory, a gtx gpu ssd/hdd, etc...etc...??

@linuxer4fun It is an upgrade because apple keeps removing features from each new release of their MacBook products.

Less ports less features, etc.
The most recent feature they added was the touch bar at the top of the new MacBook pro laptop and so this is joking that covering over the touch bar with electrical tape will make the MacBook like the new MacBook that will come out -- with the touch bar feature removed. Thus it is an "upgrade."

Apple is a joke.

@arcadesdude I think it's a reference to the loss of hard function keys, ports, then a final price adjustment up.
