I just noticed that lately, everytime I get a deadline, it's always "for yesterday"...

That honestly isn't so bad. I was given a debrief before on one project mid-April.

Manager: bal bla bla (all the boring details)

Me: So when's the deadline?

Manager: This was supposed to be done last November.

I literally uncontrollably cracked up for some reason. Then I realized my manager was serious.

Talk about awkward moments. How was I not fired that day, I'd never know.
