To my dev manager: hold on... you are annoyed that one of our high profile customers found a bug in our software after upgrading to production because they didn’t test that feature in staging?? Did I hear that right? Yeah, let’s blame our customers for bugs that we introduced and that we clearly didn’t test during QA... that’s what we’re all about over here...

    @mundo03 It’s surprisingly and depressingly rare to find people who deliver on promises, take pride in their work, don’t lie/steal/manipulate/cheat, and/or are not overt/covert assholes.
