    you should try Salesforce.

only time i thought about actually changing careers back into construction.

fuck Salesforce and the gilded shit filled horse it rode in on.

@sariel don't have a ton of experience with salesforce. What don't you like about it?

@devNYC literally everything. the docs are pointless. so out of date you might as well check stackoverflow.

their api sucks because what works in their dev console won't work in the api.

speaking about api, their shitty lightening UI consumes your monthly quota. you run over, you get charged for it.

while we're on cost, it's crazy expensive, no way to create keys for integrations without them requiring some kind of service account.

their permissions system is a fucking lie.

their actions lifecycle is a lie.

they made up their own "language" for their execution engine.

I could go on, but my point is made.

if you have a company that is looking to move to Salesforce, run.

@rooter Hmm what do you mean?

@rooter Yeah, that's pretty much the same in Sweden. Debit cards are most common. So why do I disgust PayPal? Their docs are unclear, basic things like custom cars forms are only available to certain countries, they try and push updated solutions that work worse than previous ones, their pricing is all but transparent, and they want full control over the user flow. As a developer your in their shut and there's nothing that you can do about it. Except switch to Stripe or some other same solution.
