Are eye drops safe for consumption? I guess they would be if they absorb into your eye.

The reason I ask is because there was a guy working at my current company (not while I worked here). He was putting dish soap in the coffee maker water reservoir. His religion frowned upon people who drink coffee. So he was literally poisoning people at work for some kind of misguided belief. In my opinion he should have been charged with a crime.

Mix some cayenne pepper in for good measure

@Demolishun why didn't you raise charges?

@electrineer He didn't work here when I work here. I was not harmed. I don't even know the guys name. I don't know why the company didn't pursue. Maybe there is no way to prove it.

@Demolishun it could be since them chemicals are not safe for consumption. Regarding eye drops, it is know to harmfully fuck up your stomach, take the ones that deal with redness for example, afaik tbey contain tetrahydrozoline, which in itself small quantities are not harmful, but long term when ingested can actually kill a person. Others just contain salines and other chemicals, THE COMMON joke here is that eye drops cause diharrea, which is really not necessarilythe case, it can fuck you up in laaaarge quantities.

Yes.....I am a failed chemist before i went into comp sci

@AleCx04 I am not a fan of doing exlax pranks either. People have wildly different bodies and even that could harm someone. Who knows what kinds of drug interactions.

@Demolishun you said it man. It's dangerous af to mess with that stuff. I had an acquaintance that tried to put crushed peanuts on someone's coffee one time (the victim in question was allergic af). I didn't do anything to the dude, someone else knew and slapped him into sense, when it was happening. I don't know why people would fuck with dangerous shit like that.

I wouldn’t risk swallowing anything that doesn’t belong in your stomach lol

@d-fanelli <sigh> The sad plight of men with regard to women.

@AleCx04 wtf! That’s less of a prank, more of a murder attempt (if the guy knew he was allergic to peanuts)!

@AleCx04 if this happened pre covid and the allergic guy was me, I would’ve begged to work remotely permanently bc I would NOT want to share a roof with that coworker

@d-fanelli the moron in question did not think much of it. A classic case of ignorance. The coworker that literally slapped him was furious but grounded enough to explain what the other moron was about to do, the perpetrator was left shocked and in pain (I have been told it was a glorious man slap, how i met your mother type)

Stupidity can have serious impact on this shit.

If you want to ruin a drink use mint/menthol. Not a leave but the concentrate. 4 pipet drops is enough for a whole toothpaste tube.
    It's colourless and safe.
