So one of my co-partner in a website development business we started, took up back end responsibilities from me, didn't complete a simple form handling in 3 months and then complained the 3rd partner that it was my work and I didn't do it and now I am the bad guy.

@stonyark yeah. I'm making my first foray into hiring people in an agency setting. I got a note today from a client that he absolutely hated the work my writer did for his content. I don't have the same opinion he does about it but I wonder if I might have avoided the criticism if I had just done it myself. #Sigh
