During the 3 years I've been in this job I have had one pay increase.

My manager has gotten 2 raises and 2 promotions (which each come with a pay raise) during that same time.

My company really knows how to make you feel unappreciated.

    7 years: 3 pay rises, 1 promotion.

Although, I started with half my current pay, so it's not so bad 🤷‍♂️

Good thing I don't need a fancy title to do my job, it's a mile long anyway if I added everything.

3 job changes in 3 years, 3 pay increases. If you are worth more than you are being paid and you like money... leave.

Not unheard of, this is why people move around so often. It's the quickest way to get a promotion and a pay increase, as well as a variety of experience.

Hope you will find some Employer who will appreciate your Value and Time there

Aaaand now I find out a coworker is leaving and I'll be the one to inherit 90% of his work

@BobbyTables go and find another work opportunity, the pay increase is guaranteed, there could be a chance that your current work will increase your pay but it's up to you if you will take it.
