Job interviews are like code smells; if it stinks, it probably didn't go well.

If you’re writing actual code on a whiteboard (especially if the markers smell!) just walk out.

If the office smells, and it isn’t of coffee, walk out. You don’t want to work in a smelly office with smelly markers.

In fact, if anyone has a nose at all, walk out. The only boss worth working for is Voldemort. (or Kane; he’s the exception to every rule.)
