Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to do a military contract as a programmer. Then I remember those guys are always the ones who get murdered on NCIS

    Non disclosure agreement.

    If you talk, you're in trouble.

    So simply put: You have to do as you're told with no possibility to raise your voice unless they allow it.

    That's the gist I guess.
