donuts236724y@C0D4 your not even allowed to fly drones unless they are registered and tracked I think.... You want to fly a 2ton vehicle driven by an untrained pilot?
-
C0D4669014y@donuts have you seen Hollywood?
What's a 2t car when you can fly a boing 737 untrained 😅
Mind you, It's an interesting concept but I think autonomous taxis will be a every day thing before flying autonomous taxis.
I'm pretty sure Lyft was trying to get into that space too, I might need to confirm that though. -
donuts236724y@C0D4 I don't think any government will ever allow it. The video I saw, the guy is just supposed to be a regular person.... Well that means no flight training needed... Hm.... Even a trained pilot couldn't prevent a helicopter from crashing (Kobe Bryant) or a 777 MAX from falling out of the sky.
Flying cars... Wonderful target for terrorists... And cyber attacks... -
Legit. People can't drive for shit and I can only imagine how it would be to have dumbass mfkers flying.
Even if flying cars were a thing I would do everything in my power to sabotage it or leave it to the highly trained/wealthy.
Sorry not sorry. I don't need pepe hitting my house with his flying truck.
(I am a pepe myself, I say that because where I live there are tons of pepes as a pepe majority city)
This is getting crazy... Flying taxis... Really?
Regulation, safety, fuel economics... I don't see it... And in just 3yrs too?
