A added bonus of writing in UIKit and in Swift is the automatic macOS support. Yes, this is the devRant rewrite working on macOS, fully featured. And while this still requires some work and some fixes involving window resizing and how to handle image resizing, this is surprisingly usable for almost no dedicated macOS code!

    Sorry, for the abominable screenshot quality, I copied the screenshot from the wrong place and it ended up being smaller. Here is the same screenshot with better quality.

    When are you going to feature me in these screenshots?! 😤

    @OmerFlame devrant nukes it anyways.

    But keep up the good work! Just feels like an iPhone app still ;)

    @petergriffin what do you mean by “nukes it”?

    @Cyanide oh crap! I forgot that I promised you. Next time something big happens in the app, I’m gonna feature you.

    Since the OG DevRant app is built using Javascript, you can sell this app to dfox in exchange for 20% share in revenue.

    @theabbie when I’ll be done with most of the app, *maybe*. I still have no idea about what I should do with the source code after finishing it (if I ever will, since I have to join the military in about a year). Though I am determined.

    @OmerFlame dfox hasn't interfered with your developement yet, I hope you don't end up like the PWA guy who was blocked from using DevRant API

    @theabbie he was spamming the dR API. He wasn’t banned, but his access to the account was disabled.

    I had an alt account when I tried to make post requests with images work. I eventually made it work ofc, but that was at the cost of an actual full BAN of the alt account. Not just disabled access - a full BAN. Since that day I became very cautious about sending lots of request to dR servers.
