Change your hobby to the one furthest from coding and rekindle your passion for doing :)

Take a break, and live a liltle.
If you're interested you'll feel like going back, else find something you actually enjoy.

I was having the same feeling starting this year, and I just realized it lately. But just a month ago I started shifting my focus on web design and I think I’m going to focus on design more now rather than coding.

I guess my point is, there must be something else you can focus on that can bring back your eagerness to learn new things.

I hope you find it.

And also, taking a break from computer might help
