They only allow 3 buttons at any given moment on your screen and they then use the Monty hall problem to always guess the exact one you are going to pick

It's usually the stupid 300ms click delay mobile browser impiliment that fuck that up.

My personal take is that they probably intentionally delay the loading of the certain contents in the page. Probably some setTimeOut() work going on. I don't think something too sophisticated is being used for this..
