I don't think it's a particularly new sport, I've personally hated it since Windows 95.

A real developer hate two or more things IE and one of PHP ,Windows(any version) or java. Sometimes two of these.

I don't "Hate" windows... It's just there are some things that completely piss me off. Same goes for most OS's though. Just Microsoft has been going even more savage with these force updates recently.
Hence why I built a PC and dual booted Windows and Linux, gotta have options.
Regardless both are good, but we can all agree that PHP is.... Shit.
