Who else who runs on the "makers schedule" gets annoyed by having to accommodate the "manager's schedule"?

Me: a zombie at morning standup, barely dipping my toes at noon and reach peak productivity at the end of the workday.

Manager: would like the standup to be 1h earlier, does meetings until 3PM then dozes off when I most need feedback.

*shrug*

My manager said if you're working from home as long as you show up to the meetings and work your 8 hours you're free to work as you choose. Meetings normally aren't until 10 which isn't bad. But they want to switch to hybrid soon. I'll have to get up at 7am on office days.
