Sadly. Then they realize you have a bad APTITUDE and lose the job in a couple months...then you use your charm to con another employer into giving you a job and we know what happens next. Sadly the other candidates lost out, including those who are more skilled

Or they use their attitude to swoon their employers into keeping them, bc they’re a team or culture fit and know how to be hip. Their code sucks but it’s all cool

And being an arrogant arsehole get you to be an employer or business owner.
