    Yes, Eating Expired Food gives you immunity, then you can start eating trash from trashcan and then you can eat anything and will never be hungry again, you won't need a job then, Life will be good.

    Freezed food should stay safe pretty much indefinitely, but the texture and colour change.

    If its been frozen all the time it will probably be fine, worst case might be an uncomfortable bathroom visit
