Who doesn't love it when you get rejected from a junior position because of missing knowledge. Apparently it's normal that junior software devs who just finished their training have extensive knowledge in Microsoft server and cloud architecture.

    Ah yes the ol 'we'll pay you minimum wage but expect you to have 5 years experience' shtick.

    Usually there's a candidate with more hands on experience with the stack at hand.

    Training is one thing, actually projects are another.
