All you guys are here ranting about how your interview didn't go as planned and I'm just sitting here like "at least you got an interview; I don't even get a phone call back."

Debrief after arguing a resume or getting an interview. work with recruiters and get feedback. if you're not getting interviews, it's possible that your resume may need some work or you're applying to jobs that the hiring managers feel you aren't qualified for.

If it's the latter, make sure you have a good, unique cover letter showing why you're the best fit.

If you keep good notes, you'll find the pattern and fix whatever the weakest link is. keep going, you'll get something!

Is it worse than finding out the companies that call you suck 😶

I would have some team leads or other experienced people review your resume. It could be something as simple as a typo
