Team bonding activities spawned SO many inside jokes and memes Im kinda sad we dont have them anymore. Which might be traced back to the spawning of said jokes/memes... It was glorious for us, not so much for the moderators.

The formal events may be drab but impromptu team bonding events are damn nice. Sudden after work eat outs, telling how many pets one has and getting to a comfort level to roast and tease is awesome in a team.

Some people naturally include the quieter ones in the conversation, that's important. Hope you get a great team!

@RikaroDev I really don't like the group conversation. Everything is impersonal and something general I don't care about, like how's your investments, some sports, some work terminologies. It's fucking fake.
