It would be hilarious to amaze someone by having them look over your shoulders while you type your password and then hold the exclamation mark for a few seconds and stop at the exact right moment. Log in successful + amazement successful π

Voxera115738yEnforcing password change like that is never a good solution.
It promotes bad password habits.
If a password is breached much damage can be done in a few hours so switching next week is not going yo help.
And if passwords are reused chances are they stay close enough to be guessable.
And in any case most intrusions comes from viruses or disloyal employees and no password will stop that.
If you really need very strong security go for two factor login and lock down the internal network as if open to the internet.
That way a virus or intrusion will have a harder time to spread internally. -
I sometimes think password policies are just a way for admins to jerky the users around

At my company we need to change our passwords every month and every month I add a an extra exclamation mark at the end of my password. Now after 5 years there is an unbearable amount of exclamation marks so I tried to change my my password to 'beefstew'.
Apparently it wasn't stroganoff.
