I don't get windows first they outdate my graphics card drivers can't run blender then they outdate my tpm chip can't run windows 11, soon it will be my hard disk, screen, motherboard and yeah i forgot this one my laptop onboard speakers don't work on windows either

No idea for AMD, I just know my razen 9 has it. BUT it was disabled by default. 1 boot in bios and done.

@NoToJavaScript If the tasks did not change substantially and the programs did not get cheaper then there is no reason for increased system requirements and thus no reason to buy a new computer. I could run an editor, Skype, YouTube with similar functionality on my computer 10 years ago and I am doing the same today but for some reason 5 times the resources are still barely enough.

@homo-lorens my hp6460b i3 from 2009 still runs great on linux just had to give it more ram and a brand new samsung ssd and it works like a charm for all my requirements
