I think i just had an amazing idea. All algo problems should be pushed with a team world problem they knowing the thinking behind the algo solution would help solve the real problem.

Isn't that's how the requirements discussed with engineers already?

All Algo interview problems should be paired with the real world problems that their solutions help solve.

Because even devs at least on my team that took CS and well passed the interview questions suck at actually using it in their code...
