My company is trying to convert all dev to become ts/js fullstack for all product and future projects. Which to me make sense because we don't have hire php/ruby/java/pyhon dev and no backend js dev have excuses not to help to fix frontend bugs now. So much productivity boost and cost saving for the entire org!
