THIS SHIT IS NOT OKAY

What do you expect when it's like hundred thousands of small 1-2kb files? On windows it's ages to install anything.

@nitnip meh it's a mixture, but it's mostly Windows trying to run the file indexer on every file as it comes in.

Because who knows, you may one day want to search through node_packages one day and Windows explorer will be the only thing working. \s
