Is it considered greedy when you are accepting job interviews even though you decently love your current job, have decent work balance and benefits and your boss trusts you?

I kinda feel bad being curious on what other companies have to offer for my skills but I don't necessarily plan to accept any new offer.

I feel bad for it, too, but I think it’s OK. My manager and colleagues know about the cards I turn. And I think they’re fine with it.

No. Understanding your market value is entirely reasonable. If they're underpaying you, is that ethical? If they're paying you appropriately, they've got nothing to worry about.

Not at all, and if your boss is genuinely reasonable then he'd understand that entirely. It's only the unreasonable ones who think they have a right to keep you forever, but fire you as soon as they have no need for you.

You can't feel greedy enough when it comes to job hunting, mark my word.
