To be more precise ...
FAT 16 with the support of a *partition* size of max 2 GiB vs FAT 32 with a max. partition size of 2 TiB... Depending on sector size, 512 byte per sector is default if I remember it correctly. -
@asgs yeah. its was weird they'd even ask, but in the old ide style drives with the master slave settings, this was introduced. Nm that last. heh I don't remember the first drive I had that triggered this. obviously over 512 mb heh
