Guess who's updating his resume and starting a job hunt this weekend?

Fucking asshole tech teams. Literally every single person I knew since I joined has quit.

Now I know. This place is full of assholes. I take back my earlier rants where I praised this team.

Company is good but this specific team is full of toxic assholes in their tech team.

Nearly 35+ Product Managers, Content Strategist, Designers, and Customer Success people have left the team in the span of 6 months with total team size of ~100.

All because the tech team is asshole.

Time to move to Europe!

@IntrusionCM the tech team is such an asshole. The publicly humiliated me.

The time zone difference is 11.30 hours. I always, ALWAYS, make sure that if I am sending out an invite, it suits them the best even if it's super odd for me.

They themselves have the mess of someone from their timezone having issues.

And you know what they said publicly in front of external teams? That be ready as Floyd will send out invites for most inconvenient time for you. And they started laughing at me.

I'm really more and more stuck on the idea that humanity is a lost cause.

To manage a time zone diff of 11 hours is no small feat and to joke about it... Is pretty tasteless.

You post a lot and I've seen lots of your rants and I'm in some confusion...are you changing jobs constantly or moving around internally? It seems like every few months you are with a new team that are assholes.

I have total of 7.7 years of work experience.

Out of that, 7.3 years was with my first and only employer.

I then forcibly switched jobs and 4 months into this second company.

I post a lot because I use this as my safe space to vent out. You might see crappy experience post because I rarely post good stuff. Not because good stuff doesn't happen but posting good thing seems bragging to me which I don't really prefer doing.

@Floydimus Ohh okay! It was probably the wording somehow that I remember that sounded like it was different teams. No worries we all need to vent! Was just curious
