I’d rather do programming than most of other office jobs: I don’t have to dress elegantly, I don’t have to sit in too many meetings, I avoid customers for most of the time and generally I’m free from most corporate bullshit.
I believe which if programming wasn’t an option I’d have picked up a trade such as plumbing.
