    If you want to be more amazed, switch to cycles render from blender renderer

    @Dacexi that's the best tipp for a beginner. I started with internal and I was amazed when I switched to cycles. And that's a few years ago, it became better.

    Also check out filmic_blender. That's another color management. It's a bit like the magic "render-realistic-button".

    @sirjofri was in the process of writing a comment about it :( anyways, if you use filmic remember that all light needs to be like 10x brighter for good results

    @Dacexi I guess that people who want to learn blender, cycles and filmic will watch some good tutorials. That's one important point with filmic that is mentioned everywhere.

    Looks awesone. How long did it take you? My first render was the model of an aerosol chamber for my girlfriends doctors thesis. It took me like 4 days and honestly in hindsight looked like shit.

    @saumilshah I tried to code myself, but python is not the language I love by heart. So I can't help you. But you can try visit the irc channels on freenode. There are also some tutorials out there...
