You can only study when drinking and as long as you keep drinking. Once you stop, you will fail your exam.

As a recovering alcoholic, I can tell you : 2 beers a day is already impending your brain. (I was at around 20 to 30 beers a day)

No.
You can code while drunk if your already good at it.
You can't learn while drunk or stoned because you can't retain what you learn (remember later).

@spongessuck I think once you start studying while being drunk, it is best to be drunk all the time.
Once sober, reality and bad decisions will hit hard.

Learning is the one skill that will always weaken while drunk, no exceptions. Applications of existing knowledge may improve, they usually do up to a certain point, adaptive intelligence may improve as well, but retention of recognized patterns is always worse.
