On call sucks, specially when you're in EU and all the customers are US so if issues happen you're probably asleep

    Interviewed with a company that was like "we have offices covering all time zones and a shared product, if something breaks it's paged to the team that's awake".

    I'd have considered doing that. Otherwise, I have a medical justification to not do it.

    @atheist that would sound good yeah, only thing is since most if not all customers are US time, pages will mostly come in US time making EU team extra chill while US pages get unfairly extreme
