Long, laptops closed meetings are needed sometimes, but they still make me sad :(

Meetings burn productivity, time and money. Always have a written agenda for the meeting. Schedule for time needed - 49 minutes io 1 hour, 9 minutes if only need that. Attendees will love you respecting their time. If someone tries to hijack meeting get them on topic. Hold BS to a minimum.
